REQUIREMENTS

Common Problem

  • How are franchise fee and deposit charged?

    The franchise fee is calculated annually, and the contract is signed once a year. If the franchise fee is adjusted, the franchisee will be notified in advance through the SMS platform. The deposit is a one-time calculation and will be refunded in full if the contract is inconsistent and does not violate company regulations.

  • Is there any technical guidance or training after joining?

    After signing the franchise contract, the company can provide training for store managers, technicians and ordinary employees, including initial training and follow-up training, and you can come back for training at any time during the franchise period. The main content is to train chefs and store managers for soup making and store traning of daily operation and management knowledge. The training period for the newly opened franchise store is 4 days, and the training plan is formulated from both theoretical training and practical operation.

  • Are franchise sotes protected in scope?

    Franchise store opened by franchisees do not have a regional monopoly. The company has the right to carry out the business plan for the area where the franchise store is located adjacent areas based on the market development strategy and combined with factes such as market share, customer flow, business district size, etc., make the decision to add franchise stores.

  • Where is the training?

    After successfully joining, you (or 1-2 person who choose to be in the store) can go to the Shanghai headquarters for 4 days of training, 2 days of theory and 2 days of practice. The training is free of charge, but you need to take care of your own food and accommodation.

  • How is the decoration going?

    Yang Guofu’s 5th generation decoration uses a simple and fresh space, with vermilion as the main color and green contrast; simple gray as a foil, popular and simple interpretation of the characteristics of Yang Guofu Malatang; rear cashier form and open kitchen allow intuitive operation: clean and hygienic.

  • What file do I need to bring with me to sign the contract?

    Domestic: original legal identity card, franchise fee (including franchise fee and system maintenance fee), security deposit, original rental agreement signed with the landlord.

    Oversea: legal person passport or equivalent valid document, If signing in the name of a company, you need to provide the company’s business license and legal person passport or equivalent valid documents; payment vouchers for franchise fees, information service fees and deposits, a complete signed version of the store lease contract, joining application, and a site selection score sheet.
