Recently, the local COVID-19 epidemic in Shanghai has shown a rapid development trend. The epidemic prevention and control battle has been launched in an all-round way, and the material support has become the top priority of epidemic prevention work.
On April 12， Yangguofu Group, together with Water-drop Public Welfare urgently donated a batch of self-heating Malatang products to Shanghai, to ensure the life demands of front-line workers such as Shanghai Yangpu community staff and Binjiang mobile cabin hospital builders.
In order to safely deliver the donated materials to the receiving point as soon as possible, the Binjiang Governance Association communicated closely with Yangguofu Group and Water-drop Public Welfare, making clear the details overnight, efficiently coordinating the resourcesand the delivery of materials, so that we timely send warmth and care to the epidemic prevention line. The staff of Yangguofu Group said: “after getting the vehicle pass, we arranged for the supplies to depart from Chengdu as soon as possible, overcoming many difficulties along the way. After 46 hours of transferring, we arrived in Shanghai on the evening of April 11, and the donation was arranged that night. The next morning we set off for Yangpu to deliver the donated materials.”
A person in charge of Yangguofu Group said that the company always pays attention to the epidemic situation in Shanghai and actively assumes social responsibility. At present, Yangguofu Group has applied for becoming a daily material-support enterprise for epidemic prevention and control in Shanghai, hoping for making a modest contribution to the epidemic prevention and control in Shanghai.
After the outbreak of the epidemic, the Water-drop public Welfare platform, together with a number of caring enterprise partners, donated living materials to the front line of Shanghai’s epidemic prevention. Water-drop company participated in the anti-epidemic action in Hong Kong and donated disinfectant fluid and other scarce epidemic prevention materials to Hong Kong; On March 20th, Water-drop Public Welfare and caring net friends rushed to the help for Jilin, and its partner One Foundation and Weifang Linghang Social Work Office distributed two mist sprayers to Yiqi Public Welfare Development Service Center(social force rescue team) in Pingyuan county, as well as 70 sets of protective clothing, 500 pieces of N95 masks. 4 mist sprayers and 40 sets of protective clothing were distributed to Qingdao Xiaoyudian Public Welfare and Charity Service Center, and put into epidemic prevention and disinfection work timely.
