Group Profile

Yangguofu Group is the leader in the fast food industry based on the local area and facing the world. Founded in 2003, the group owns the well-known brand of “Yang Guofu” Malatang, and its main business includes catering services and retail operations. In terms of catering services, through the unified, standardized and easy-to-expand franchise business model to achieve a nationwide and overseas restaurants layout. More than 6,600 global chain stores have been opened in 31 provincial-level administrative regions across the country and 10 countries and regions. In terms of retail business, the Group has established an online and offline all-channel sales system, as well as distribution channels in many places across the country.The online operations cover platforms such as Tmall, JD etc. The group has built its own R&D and production center, investing 500 million Yuan to build an industry-leading smart food processing factory in Chengdu, which efficiently supports the supply of global stores and retail platforms, and strictly controls the process to ensure food safety.

The group adheres to the values of “health, ingenuity and beauty”, and integrates them into the brand management philosophy. In 2000,  Mrs. & Mr. Yang Guofu forged an indissoluble bond with Chuanshu Malatang on the streets of Sichuan.

The traditional Malatang invented by Sichuan people is tingly and spicy.

In order to make more Chinese people who don’t eat spicy food fall in love with Malatang, Mr. Yang Guofu, a native of Northeast China, adheres to healthy dietary standards, matching with more than 20 kinds of medicinal food, milk and high-quality beef bone broth, and creates a soup with nutritional value and can be taken, which redefines the Chinese Malatang. In 2003, Mr. Yang Guofu set up the first Yang’s Malatang store in China, and registered “Yangguofu” brand in 2007, starting the nationwide investment attraction and franchise.

Yangguofu is recognized as a member of the 7th council by China cuisine association, and is rated as “2021 TOP 50 takeaway food brands” by China hotel association.

2020

Yangguofu was rated as “2020 China’s TOP 10 fast food enterprises” by China hotel association.

2019

The total number of franchised restaurants in the world exceeds 4,500 and covers four oversea countries.

2018

Yangguofu’s Sichuan R&D and Manufacturing Center is completed and officially put into production in September, with a total area of 44,000㎡ and a total investment of 500 million Yuan.The brand image has been upgraded to enhance the visual image of the store.

2017

Yangguofu’s first overseas franchised store in Vancouver, Canada is officially opened in September.

    Harbin Yang Guofu Malatang Catering Service Co., Ltd.is formally established.Register the “Yangguofu” trademark as a brand name.The first franchised restaurant named with the brand of “Yangguofu” opens in Harbin

    The 1st directly operated store of Yang Guofu Malatang in Yanghe street, Harbin is opened, named with Yangji Malatang.
